businesses a year or a few years beyond the start up stage face a host of challenges related to effectively managing their expansion. Some key concerns include:

Recruiting, hiring, managing and retaining the best talent

Developing or revamping an e-commerce strategy

In response to this need, the Burlington County Library System, in
partnership with the Rutgers Small Business Development Center, is creating a FREE program series focusing on the helping businesses successfully meet the challenges of growth.

The series will include presentations by local experts addressing the practical needs of growing businesses, plus a networking reception. You can attend individual programs or the entire series.
